How it works

Agreed scope, your data, and our reports — no client setup required.

  1. Talk to us about which checks you need (licences, registration, VEVO) and how often.
  2. We onboard authorised sender emails, report recipients, and any visa/organisation requirements on our side.
  3. You send lists as CSV/Excel by email (or another agreed channel). Visa files should include name, DOB, passport, country, and grant/reference where required.
  4. We run the checks on the Fleet Comply platform and resolve processing exceptions where possible.
  5. You receive PDF/CSV reports — review fails, restricted work rights, and unclear max hours before rostering.
  6. You keep the evidence with your CoR and employment due-diligence records.
